Helping your Special Needs Child Succeed at School

· September 23, 7:00 – 8:30 pm

· Presented by Angie Ramberger, licensed teacher, developmental therapist, INSOURCE advocate, and mother of a child with special needs

· This session will help you to identify your child’s needs at school and in the classroom, and provide suggestions on adaptations and tips to help your child be successful.

Autism Spectrum Diagnoses: What Parents Need to Know

· October 16, 7:00 – 8:30 pm

· Presented by Sabra Rennaker, pediatric occupational therapist with over 20 years experience. Sabra specializes in sensory integration training, Autism spectrum and feeding disorders.

· This session is specifically designed to differentiate between Autism Spectrum Disorders including Autism, High Functioning Autism, Asperger's, and non-verbal learning disabilities.

Orthopedic Injuries in Children

· November 20, 7:00 – 8:30 pm

· Presented by Kirk Heathers, physical therapist, and Positive Results For Kids Clinical Director

· This session will help you understand current pediatric orthopedic injuries and their management through therapy techniques.

All programs will be held at Positive Results for Kids,

1226 E. Hoffer St. in Kokomo.
