At Bona Vista's Positive Results For Kids we have been serving children with Autism through various therapies and educational programs for many years. We have over recent years been expanding and perfecting our developmental as well as our ABA (Applied Behavioral Analysis) services for children with Autism and other developmental delays. The numbers today are growing and 1 in 150 children are now being diagnosed with Autism. Therefore more families have a loved one who has some form of Autism. Daily tasks and typical living have many challenges associated with living with a person who has Autism. Even though there is no cure for Autism and no one perfect single way to treat Autism, Autism is treatable. When a child is identified with Autism a plan of treatment can be created for that child. Each child is different and our professional staff at Positive Results For Kids have been very successful at designing a plan with the right support at the earliest stage of a child's development. Through this individualized plan they help a child gain the skills that they need to be more successful over time. |
